What is Aptos Dragons?
"Aptos Dragons" is a GameFi NFT project and it is the first roulette on the Aptos Blockchain. The whole game will be based, using web3 technology, embracing the new blockchain in a new and entertaining game. The game will be further enhanced, using NFTs to offer its participants more interaction and rewards for taking part in the project.
The essence of the game is to provide a way to bet using APTOS tokens, by placing bets on numbers and colours, whilst awaiting a win or lose result based impartial RNG (random number generation) technology.
The "Aptos Dragons" Game
The game will be, using RNG (random number generation) technology, which assures a fair and reliable game play, which will be immutable and neutral to all participants. It will be a stand alone and self operating game, where any user will be able to make a bet, provided he connects his token wallet to the game and places a bet using his / her tokens.
The NFTs & How They Work
Aptos Dragons will have its own NFTs, which will be available at the minting and launch stages of the game. These NFTs will be available to whitelisted or accredited community members, who wish to participate in the project and the revenue streams created. The NFT holders will be able to reap rewards, which will be constituted from game revenue and royalties combined.
Aptos Dragons NFTs will be dragon themed and will feature artistic animated artwork. There will be a total of 4,000 individual NFTs, which will be available for purchase, from either a proprietary minting machine or an existing launchpad, which is yet to be confirmed during the roadmap phase.
The Animated NFTs
The Aptos Dragons NFTs will all feature individual artwork, yet will be divided into four sub-groups as shown below.
40 x ILLUSIONARY DRAGONS
400 x MAGIC DRAGONS
1,660 x POWERFUL DRAGONS
2,000 x COMMON DRAGONS
Although there are four different types of dragons, which makes some significantly rarer than others, only refers to their unique design and desirability. The rewards earned for each dragon NFT will be the same and there will be no differentiation between the various NFTs.
The rarity of dragons depends on how many have been issued. The Common and Powerful dragons only feature breathing and moving heads (up & down), the rarer Magic and Illusional dragons feature advanced face animations, such as breathing smoke or fire. There are also various backgrounds that can further differentiate the various dragon NFTs.
Every dragon in Aptos Dragons is unique and will feature a distinct combination of animated features and backgrounds.
The Gameplay
The gameplay of Aptos Dragons will be a interface, which will allow the user / player to make a bet, using his tokens available in the connected wallet.
Each time the player places a bet, he/she will be charged 2,5% of the bet amount as fees.
The outcome of the gameplay will either be a win or lose, where a win will warrant the player an immediate winning payout and a lose will simply forfeit the betting amount and a portion of those funds will go towards feeding the community liquidity pool and subsequent payout to all staked NFT holders.
The gameplay will include an RNG result, generated on each game cycle, where the result will be shown as a random number ranging from 0-36, in combination of a colour, red or black.
The available bets will include:
You will be able to bet on any number between 0 and 36.. The reward of winning such a bet will be 1:36.
You will be able to place a bet on red or black, the reward of winning the correct colour will be 1:2.
You will be able to bet on the fist, second or thirds block of 12 numbers, with winning odds of 1:3.
You will be able to bet on the top, middle or lower row of numbers, paying 1:2.
You will also be able to bet on odd and even numbers, paying 1:2.
The number 0 is an individual number.
Bets can be placed at any time before the RNG result is announced. Once the RNG result is announced, all payouts will be settled immediately and a new betting cycle will be initiated.
